What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience is necessary, but our ideal candidate possesses:
- Strong communication skills
- Good basic math skills
- An interest in woodwork and construction
- Good fine motor skills (Experience with hand tools is a bonus)
- Problem-solving skills
- A positive, can-do attitude

Flexible Age Range:
Our apprenticeship program caters to a broad age range, including:
- Someone straight out of school (16 – 18 years old)
- School leavers (18 – 20 years old)
- Adult apprentices (over 21)
