About you.

The position of Cabinet Maker & Installer is critical to our expanding business. You will be part of a team who ensures all our thoughtful design and painstaking craft back at the factory is delivered and installed with care and creativity to the ultimate satisfaction of clients with very high expectations. Therefore, the person we are looking for must have experience in:

•    quality cabinetmaking on the tools;
•    highly detailed, one-of-a-kind joinery projects; and
•    several years of residential installations (this is absolutely essential).

You will also require:

•    a driver’s licence;
•    your own tools;
•    demonstrated leadership skills or potential;
•    good communication skills;
•    a personable character;
•    self-motivation.

Based at our workshop in Strathalbyn, you will work very closely with the workshop team to understand the intricacies of each bespoke kitchen construction project and then work with our talented team to install it with meticulous care and attention. As each installation can bring its own unique and unexpected problems, it will be up to you to solve the problems without fluster under the pressure of a deadline and the nervous eye of expectant owners. You will also act as a mentor to our younger team members, passing on not only your experience but a calming and reassuring influence.
