We’re on the hunt for an Admin Superstar to join Space Craft Joinery in Strathalbyn. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, takes initiative, and enjoys supporting a high-performing team.

What’s the gig?

  • Front-of-house role – be the friendly face that greets clients and makes them feel welcome (yes, that includes making a great coffee!).
  • Start at 1-2 days per week, with Mondays being non-negotiable (team meeting day).
  • Likely to grow as workflow increases and you settle into the role.
  • Manage invoicing, payroll, contracts, and general admin support.
  • Systemise, organise, and improve efficiencies within the business.
  • Support the team with day-to-day tasks, from coordinating team lunches to keeping the office running smoothly.

What we need from you:

  • Superb organisation skills – you love a to-do list and keeping everything on track.
  • Initiative – you see what needs doing and make it happen.
  • Attention to detail – accuracy is everything in this role.
  • Strong communication & teamwork – we work collaboratively and support each other.
  • Confidence in a front-facing role – you’ll be greeting clients and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Follow-through – you don’t just start tasks; you finish them properly.
