- Demonstrating problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to cabinet installation and manufacturing processes.
- Leveraging your extensive industry experience (8-10 years+) to bring valuable insights and expertise to our workshop.
- Primarily working in the workshop, focusing on setting up kitchens and other cabinetry to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship are achieved.
- Fostering the development and growth of apprentices by providing guidance and mentorship in the craft.
- Qualifications in either cabinet making or furniture making.
- Demonstrated experience in the cabinetry industry, emphasizing masterful craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in working with curves and complex designs, exemplifying your ability to create unique and exceptional pieces.
- Preferably possess a background in cabinet installation, underscoring your understanding of the level of finish and detail required for a seamless installation process.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to think critically to overcome technical challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient project completion.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and mentor apprentices.
